Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account.
  • We do not guarantee specific themes, topics, or emotional outcomes for each mailing.
  • Please ensure all mailing addresses are accurate. Pinky Post is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Submissions:

By submitting content to Pinky Post:

  • You grant Pinky Post full rights to use, edit, publish, reproduce, and distribute your submission in any format, including for commercial purposes.
  • Submissions may be edited for clarity, tone, or length while preserving the original meaning and intent.
  • You acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for submitted content.
  • We aim to remove identifying details and maintain anonymity where possible. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity due to the nature of digital submissions.

By submitting, you confirm that:

  • The content is your own.
  • The content does not include illegal, harmful, violent, hateful, or explicit material.
  • The content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Pinky Post reserves the right to reject any submission at its discretion.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
  • Once a charge has been processed, that month’s subscription is non-refundable.
  • After cancellation, you will receive any remaining paid shipments.

Privacy and Use of Submissions:

  • If you choose to submit a story or written content to Pinky Post, your submission may be stored and used for the purpose of creating our products, experiences, and marketing materials, including future Pinky Post endeavors.
  • We take care to handle all submissions respectfully and aim to remove identifying details where possible. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity due to the nature of digital communication.

Events:

By booking Pinky Post services:

  • Payment may be required to secure your event date.
  • Letter delivery timelines may vary depending on the event and selected delivery timing.
  • We are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, or incorrect submissions provided by guests.
  • We are based in Austin, TX. All events within a particular mile radius of our home base are included in our standard package pricing. For events located beyond those miles, a travel fee of $2.00 per additional mile will be applied to cover transportation and logistics. We love traveling for love, so please reach out for a custom quote for events outside of the Central Texas area!

Shipping:

Pinky Post ships physical mail (within the United States) on a monthly basis for active subscribers.

  • Pinky Post is not responsible for delays, lost mail, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost mail, or damages caused by carriers.

For event-related mail:

  • Letters will be delivered based on the timeline selected during booking.
  • Delivery timing may vary depending on scheduling and volume.
  • Please ensure all mailing addresses are accurate. Pinky Post is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Pinky Post offers curated, time-based, and personalized experiences. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

For subscription orders:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
  • Once a charge has been processed, that month’s order is non-refundable.

For event services:

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
