What is the PinkyPost Stories Club?
The PinkyPost Stories Club is a monthly mail subscription that delivers raw, unedited human stories straight to your door — no profiles, no filters, no digital noise.
How does it work?
Each month, we invite people to submit their truths — a secret never told, a lesson learned, the most beautiful thing they've ever witnessed, or the letter they never sent. We select one story and deliver it to you as beautiful mail.
How much does it cost?
A subscription is $11/month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
When will I receive my mail?
Mail is sent out once a month, by the 5th. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service. Please ensure all mailing addresses are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
Can I give a PinkyPost subscription as a gift?
Absolutely — connection is one of the best gifts you can give.
What is Future Letters & Events?
Future Letters is our in-person experience where you write a letter today — to yourself or someone you love — and we deliver it on a future date you choose. Check our events page for upcoming dates.
What will I receive each month?
Each month, you’ll receive:
- One curated, anonymous story.
- A beautifully designed piece of physical mail.
- A thoughtfully curated extra item that varies each month.

No, each story is thoughtfully selected and curated.

Are refunds available?
Due to the nature of our product, all subscription purchases are final.
However, if you experience any issues, please reach out—we’re committed to making things right.
What if my mail is lost or delayed?
We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by postal carriers, but please reach out—we’ll always do our best to help.

Do I have to subscribe to submit a story?
No—submissions are completely free and open to anyone.
Will my story be shared publicly?
Your story may be selected, edited, and shared through our mail, website, or marketing. Identifying information will be removed.
Will my submission stay anonymous?
We make every effort to remove identifying details and keep submissions anonymous.
However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity due to the nature of digital submissions
Will you edit my story?
Yes—we may lightly edit submissions for clarity, tone, or length, while preserving the original meaning and intent.
Will I be paid if my story is used?
No, submissions are voluntary and may be used for commercial purposes without compensation.
We’re looking for honest, human experiences, the kind people don’t always say out loud.
Stories of love, faith, growth, struggle, joy, and everything in between.
Are there any restrictions on submissions?
Yes, we do not accept content that is:
- Illegal
- Harmful or violent
- Explicit or inappropriate
We reserve the right to reject any submission.

What is the Pinky Post Letter Bar?
The Letter Bar is an in-person experience where guests are invited to write meaningful letters during your event.
We then collect and deliver those letters at a later date—turning a moment into something lasting.
What types of events do you offer this for?
Weddings, bachelorettes, baby showers, celebrations, and meaningful gatherings of all kinds.
When are the letters sent?
Letters are delivered based on the timeline chosen for your event - this could be weeks, months, or even a year later.
How do I book an event?
You can submit an inquiry through our website, and we’ll follow up with details and availability.
What if a guest provides incorrect information?
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete mailing information provided by guests.
